The U.S. Department of Justice seized 13 domains that were used by Hezbollah and its Affiliates. (Press release) This is an interesting case since the U.S. government seized the domains. OFSI published a "Travel Guidance." It provides detail of how OFSI considers the reasonable use of funds and economic resources and a framework for what OFSI considers to be reasonable. (Here)
Following the completion of the acquisition of Škoda JS from Russian heavy industry and manufacturing conglomerate OMZ by Czech utility and nuclear operator ČEZ, OFAC removed Škoda JS from its SSI list. (Here)
