Recommendation of the week
- For this quiet week, I would like to recommend the Court of Justice of the European Union's (CJEU) opinion concerning the EU Blocking Regulations. Even though the opinion shed some light about how the regulations in question may apply there are still many uncertainties about the applicability of the regulations. The German court which had referred the case now will decide on the merits of the case in light of the CJEU's opinion. (Here)
